Camelsdale
school council is made up of two representatives from each of the junior
classes, one boy and one girl, and two representatives from the year 2
class, who meet once a month, with one of the teachers, to discuss a range of
issues. Topics for discussion come from the children themselves. Or, the
council may be asked to discuss and take back ideas to their classes, on
issues which the Teachers or Governors would like their opinions.
An agenda is drawn up for each meeting and minutes are taken. The rule book drawn up by the School Council and referred to below has now been completed. A copy of the Golden Rules leaflet is available here as a pdf document. What has our School Council been doing? This term Our School Council has:
