Rates and
Making a Booking If you have a query, would like to check availability, prices etc you can contact our Bursar on 01428 642177 or by email office@camelsdale.w-sussex.sch.uk (remember to include the date of your event). Alternatively, drop us a line at Camelsdale First School, School Road ,Camelsdale Haslemere Surrey GU27 3RN. Our school Bursar will be able to discuss your event, check availability and confirm a price. You can then complete an Application for Hire form and view our Conditions of Hire (Form SL1). If you would like to view the Hall, Studio or Football Pitches you are welcome to do so but you must book an appointment with the Bursar. The Lettings Rates for hiring are as follows:- Rates apply per session (i.e. Morning/Afternoon/Evening)
Note: - Letting Rates for Studio & Outdoor Playing Field are the same as above rates for the Hall. Hire rates apply Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 10.00pm and weekends from 10.00am to 10.00pm - per session i.e. morning/afternoon/evening. Additional rates may apply during public holidays. Rates include use of small kitchen, toilets, chairs, tables, crockery and cutlery (if required). If you are organising a meeting or training course please let us know if you have any equipment hire needs or special seating arrangements. Additional charges may apply for high wattage electricity (for example - stage lighting for performances etc). Rates do not include any additional licence arrangements such as alcohol sale.
